Optimization of College Students’ Employment Prosperity Index System Based on Multiple Logit Models

The employment of university graduates has always been a matter great concern to educational administrative departments and governments at all levels. EPI (employment prosperity index) is weather vane that reflects the situation labor market, it also an important reference for national economic situation. This paper constructs college students’ from different aspects, such as environment, employability, status, public service, focuses on calculation method EPI, obtains general formula calculating EPI. Based data obtained university, system optimized by using MLM (multinomial logit model). Through empirical research, found which system, function evaluating environment students, not only provides macroemployment policies government but scientific effective service universities.
